Types of foam

Soft but durable foam, protects light to medium weight items, Pick-n-Pluck, Anti Static option	Dense foam, protects medium to heavy weight items, long lasting, easy to cut with knife, Anti Static Option

Foam Options

Option	Description
Solid Pad	Foam Pads fill up the case. For small cases, we start with a 1/2" bottom pad and then fill the depth with one more pad. Larger Cases can use multiple pads to accommodate different size items with ease. Use as is for thin items or cut out your own insert with a utility knife
Convoluted (Egg Crate)	Use for different size items. Good for thin objects so that there is no movement during transport. Polyurethane foam provides protection and durability
Diced/Pick and Pluck	Create your own insert. Case comes with solid pad on the bottom and the depth is filled with Cubed Polyurethane Foam. This foam comes Pre-cut into cubes. Just pull out the individual cubes to fit your items
Die Cut	For the most protection and professional look, the foam can be Die Cut using steel rule dies. Your items will fit perfectly with all curves and spacing set for optimal protection and look. This option requires a one time tooling charge
Wire cut	For deep cases, our ability to use our advanced computer controlled abrasive wire cutting machine will create an even better foam insert. We can use your CAD drawings or make our own. There is absolutely no concavity using this method up to 50" tall! This option requires a one time programming charge
