Carry Cases Plus Return PolicyCarry Cases Plus has a no hassle return policy. No purchase is complete until you are completely satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 90 days of ship date when it is in resellable condition. You will receive a refund of the full purchase price (shipping and handling excluded). We do not charge any restocking fee - ever! We just don't believe in them. In order for returns to be processed, you must request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) which must be written on the return box. This way we know what to expect and when.
